Role Description
- Handling, preserving and optimizing both physical and virtual infrastructure and the related services
- Managing infrastructure based on VMWare Farms: servers deployed on Microsoft
- Windows platform (from 2003 to 2016)
- Daily activities, such as morning checks, ticket handling (using Console Omnidash), decommissioning of servers
- Maintenance (patching and upgrading), monitoring, solving and provisioning
- Patching and upgrading of the customers servers on maintenance weekends
- Managing DNS, DHCP, building new virtual infrastructure, replace hardware, create new user, managing Group Policy
